Welcome to a new opus of the "Offs du JJV"!
"A small hill makes you reach a big one."
When I look at the path I have traveled since June 25, 2018 when I opened the store, I am quite proud of the efforts I have made and where the store is at.
Especially when we see that when you open a business, people only see the tip of the iceberg and not always the work provided outside of what is visible
You also have to count on people who are hostile to your project and who make you feel it and know it, the colleagues who put obstacles in your way to try to sell more than you.
And it goes from simple gossip, to rumors, physical threats, intimidation and harassment on a daily basis, without forgetting to make you look like a racist in the eyes of everyone on the Internet. I have noticed over the years that this type of person has no limits when it comes to "taking down the enemy".
What these people do not understand despite the years that have passed, these attacks have only strengthened me and strengthened my business. Far from making me lose the motivation and morale to continue with my store, they have motivated me and made me want to progress even more.
When you need to do such insignificant and low things to give yourself importance, it is because you clearly fear the person you want to put down, otherwise you would not be so aggressive.
Have you ever seen successful people attack others? Not me... I went from being disgusted and often quite angry by this daily harassment and belittling in the first years of the store, to finding it funny in recent years to see these people being so afraid of me who is content to live my life in my corner and progress my store.
And in the end, all the little daily hassles that some people have caused me since the beginning of the store, have led me to strengthen myself and make the store progress more and more each time! So thank you to them for their adversity which allowed me to set limits and no longer give so much of my time and energy for trifles that are just good for a campfire!
I am proud of my progress and the evolution of the store, despite the little trifles that fuel the fire of my gaming passion ;)
