Google lying reveiw

Well, now it's time we talk about these kinds of people because enough is enough believing that the Internet gives you all the rights, especially the right to say anything!
Here's what I received this morning when I opened my Google account! The Internet seems to give some people wings when it comes to denigration!
I'll give you my simple opinion, Mademoiselle! Creating a Google account to smear a store that works and gets up every morning, all because it didn't take your package because it certainly shouldn't go through, that shows who you are and not who this store is...
If you have the right to lie to try to denigrate a store, restaurant, etc., I don't see why I shouldn't have the right to tell the truth in return (on condition of anonymity for you, of course). Loyal customers and those who interact with my relay point on a daily basis know full well that I follow all the classics of basic decency: "hello, goodbye, thank you, please, etc.", and that I don't slam the door in people's faces, as you seem to imply.
My regulars at the store and the relay point also know that I am one of the few relay points who takes the time to explain the process for receiving and dropping off parcels, even if it means repeating the same thing several times a day to different people.
I never tire of explaining to people how we operate at the Pick-up relay points (Chronopost, Colissimo, and DPD) to track packages and reassure them.
I treat parcels and people at the relay point as I would like to be treated if it were me, so with respect. I have a screenshot of what you said, and I believe the relevant authorities will make sure you understand that you are responsible for your comments. Regarding your packages, they will now be refused at our drop-off and pick-up points, and Pick-up has been informed of the situation so I can authorize it.
