Today we are going to talk about the expression "moonlighting".
In the Middle Ages, trade associations regulated work by requiring it to be done only in daylight.
However, some masters, to increase the output of their workers, made them work by candlelight, once night had fallen, which was prohibited by the rules.
Hence the expression "moonlighting" to mean working illegally.
Our Play with thought of the day comes from the movie Man of Steel:
"You will give the people of the earth, an ideal to reach, they will rush on your steps, they will stumble, they will fall, but when the time comes, they will join you in the sun, when the time comes, you will help them to perform miracles . »
