In *Wild Kingdoms*, you play as the Lord of a great house, vying with rivals for control of the five kingdoms. Noble animals—represented by the cards in your hand—have pledged their allegiance to aid you in this quest.
Over the course of three ages, your noble ambassadors will travel to the various kingdoms, abiding by their laws to bolster your house's political clout. The house that extends its influence the furthest will be declared sovereign of the five kingdoms!
A family-friendly game featuring hand management and area majority mechanics, set against a beautiful theme that younger players love! The rules are quick to learn and explain, and setup takes mere seconds.
Throughout the game, you must skillfully manage your hand of four cards—taking into account active decrees and their associated constraints—to place creatures in the various territories. Success requires foresight: you need to claim as many territories as possible, but prioritize those that yield the most victory points.
Indeed, the victory point value of each territory varies by age, with these values determined randomly at the start of the game. The key is to target the right territories at the right moment.
