You take him with you to heaven to see if things have changed as well.
When you arrive in heaven, you see demons and angels alongside the souls who are supposed to rest in peace.
You approach a soul, masking your energy so as not to be detected by either the angel or the demon next to it.
You see the angel and demon laughing together as the soul is ready to come back down to earth. It stares into space, worried.
You turn around, but realize that your acolyte is no longer with you. What you see chills your blood.
The angels encourage the souls to sacrifice themselves to save heaven, while the demons tell them that they can find their loved ones on earth.
